Asphalt Sealcoating for a Private Motorhome Park Road in Newport, NC

G-FORCE Fayetteville sealcoated a private road in a motorhome park in Newport, NC. The four-year-old road, about 3/4 mile long (60,000 sq. ft.), had never been sealed, and the owner wanted it protected before the North Carolina winter. Our crew prepped the surface with an industrial blower, trimmed back grass along the road edges, and applied two overlapping coats of GemSeal Coal Tar Ultra Zero pavement sealer to specification. Residents were notified in advance, and traffic was managed throughout the project to keep the community moving.
