Asphalt Sealcoating and Line Striping for Concorde University in Garden Grove, CA

The G-FORCE SoCal team completed a comprehensive pavement maintenance project for Concorde University in Garden Grove, California, covering more than 50,000 square feet of asphalt pavement. The project included thorough surface preparation, crack filling, and a two-coat seal coat application, with the first coat applied by squeegee and the second by spray to provide consistent coverage across the worn pavement. Once the seal coat cured, the team restriped the parking lot, restoring parking stalls, ADA markings, directional markings, fire lanes, and other pavement markings throughout the property.
