G-FORCE™ Wins Veteran Entrepreneur Series Pitch Competition – Gig Line 13
G-FORCE Franchise Group’s Veteran Only Franchise Concept – G-FORCE™ Parking Lot Striping – was selected as the winner of the First Annual Veteran Entrepreneur Series Pitch Competition held November 1, 2017 at District Hall in Boston.
The Series was sponsored by Massachusetts Fallen Heroes, Veteran’s Edge, Suburban Integrated Facilities Resources, WS Development and Venture Cafe. Of the 18 local Veteran entrepreneurs who applied, five were chosen as finalists – G-FORCE, Shuttle, NeuraSense, Elephantotes and Power Rowing Indoor Rowing Studio.
Each applicant made a 15 minute Shark Tank type pitch to four judges from the Boston business community.
Given the caliber of the entrants and their business ideas, G-FORCE was quite fortunate to receive the top prize of $5,000 to be used for marketing and PR. Second place went to Shuttle.Dog and Bryan Fuller of Power Rowing was chosen as Crowd Favorite.
G-FORCE wishes to thank the sponsors, judges, our fellow applicants and all those in attendance; particularly our fellow veterans.
We plan to put the prize to good use in our mission to put veterans into business under the G-FORCE™ Parking Lot Striping brand built exclusively for veterans.
